The triple room was decent-sized and did the job for our stay. Proximity to Masjid Alharam was a major plus, made getting there super easy. Buses were available but packed after prayers, so that was a hassle. Wi-Fi was okay, but could be better. The staff was friendly, especially the breakfast manager, which added a nice touch.

It was just an appropriate option for overnight stay in Mecca with attractive and competitive value for money. The parking arrangement was convenient, but watch out for limited spaces. Make sure to confirm your room before arrival to avoid waiting.

The shuttle service to Haram was reliable, but the breakfast variety was unimpressive. A memorable moment was the manager at breakfast, who went out of his way to prepare eggs for my kids.

Great stay with useful shuttle!
Had a solid 4-night family stay! The shuttle to Haram ran on time, which was super helpful. Room was spacious, and I liked how the cleaner was always friendly and restocked our stuff when we needed. Just a bit noisy from the toilet this time, but last visit was perfect. The restaurant had good food too!

Highly recommend for families on a budget
The bus service to Haram was very convenient, and the staff was good, even upgraded our room without us asking. The free shuttle made our trips to pray much easier and less stressful.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but you get what you pay for.

Convenient location and helpful staff
My stay was enjoyable thanks to the fabulous staff and the hotel's excellent location, just a few minutes from the Haram. The shuttle service was on point, making our travels easy. I appreciated the quiet room and reliable Wi-Fi, which made our experience even better. However, I think the cleaning service could be improved, as I expected more regular room upkeep during my stay.

Convenient Location with Room for Improvement
The location near Haram is unbeatable. However, the shower area was cramped, causing water to spill everywhere. Despite the prepaid meals, the breakfast and dinner service was confusing, and the food lacked warmth and flavor. I recommend confirming meal arrangements beforehand for a smoother experience.

The shuttle service was super convenient, taking us to the Haram in just a few minutes. The 24/7 café was a nice touch for late-night snacks. Plus, the 4-bed room was spacious enough for our family. Clean and comfortable stay overall!
